As Director of Operations and a Partner at Fidato Wealth, Lindsay is dedicated to ensuring that both Operations and Client Service exceed expectations and align with the firm’s long-term mission. Since joining Fidato in February 2018 as a Client Service Specialist, Lindsay’s leadership and drive have propelled her to a key strategic role overseeing all aspects of Operations, Client Service, and internal processes across the company. She became a Partner in January 2023.
Lindsay brings over a decade of leadership experience to her role, having previously served as General Manager of a privately held company for seven years. Her initiative, attention to detail, and natural ability to build trust and rapport are second to none. She is known for her upbeat energy and commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients, while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture within the firm.
Outside of work, Lindsay leads an active and full life in Twinsburg, Ohio. A proud season ticket holder and enthusiastic supporter of all things Cleveland—especially the Browns—she stays busy with her fiancé, Jason, and her two stepchildren, Ayden and Monroe. Together, they spend their weekends immersed in youth sports and outdoor adventures. Lindsay enjoys traveling, attending live concerts, camping, and exploring new places, and rarely passes up an opportunity to be active in nature. The family also loves hiking, playing pickleball, kayaking, and making memories through shared experiences.
Their home is always full of energy—thanks not only to the kids, but also to a lively crew of pets that includes two dogs, a hedgehog, and a bearded dragon. Whether she’s adventuring outdoors or enjoying life at home, Lindsay brings enthusiasm, warmth, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful experiences in everything she does.
