Fidato Wealth provides comprehensive financial planning and wealth management for successful families, individuals, and business owners. Tony D’Amico, CFP ®

Founder & Managing Partner

Tony has been working in the Financial Services industry since 1999. From his beginnings working for a 4.5 million dollar private company in the area of mergers and acquisitions, and being part of their transition to a public company of approximately ½ billion in revenue, to his experience as a top account executive for a division of AIG, Tony knew that he had a knack for understanding the core principals involved in creating successful financial outcomes.

Tony’s understanding of the importance of a comprehensive approach to financial planning was further developed when his father passed away and he witnessed and assisted his own family trying to put the pieces together. His personal experiences fueled his passion, sincerity, and desire to help people achieve their life and legacy goals. This, coupled with his professional experience, culminated into Tony establishing his own Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm, Fidato Wealth.

Tony has met the rigorous experience, education, and ethical requirements to have earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ designation.  He is also widely recognized in wealth management and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Barron’s, WealthManagement.com, Financial Advisor Magazine, AARP, as well as featured on Fox 8’s “New Day Cleveland” and other national and local venues. 

One of Tony’s cornerstone beliefs is that education provides people with an opportunity to make more informed decisions which can then lead to improved financial well-being.  He teaches a Retirement Planning class for a local college and hosts a podcast entitled “Wealth and Life”, which covers the latest in comprehensive retirement planning, planning for business owners and family wealth management.

In his spare time, Tony enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, running and bicycling. He enjoys listening to podcasts and is an avid reader. However, Tony’s biggest joy comes from spending time with his family. Tony, his wife Amy, and their son Anthony enjoy traveling together, outdoor hobbies and being close to family and friends in Northeastern Ohio.

Amy D’Amico

President & Managing Partner

Amy was raised in Northeast Ohio. She completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Dayton in 1991, and continued her education by earning a Master’s Degree in Therapy from Ursuline College.

In 2008, Amy became aware of the widespread need for comprehensive financial guidance and decided to make a career change. She received her Series 65 Fiduciary Investment Advisor designation and now uses her skills of listening, empathy, and understanding to help clients in need of a thoughtfully designed financial life plan.

In Amy’s current role as President and Managing Partner, she is a leading voice during the process of working with new clients, as well as a problem solver with existing clients where there is complexity or challenging scenarios. Amy firmly believes that her background in psychology provides an ideal foundation for her work as a Financial Advisor.

As the Community Liaison for Fidato Wealth, Amy leads the firm’s efforts to make a difference in their local communities through participation in programs designed to help children and families in need – both in Cuyahoga County where their office is located and in Medina County where she resides.

Amy enjoys the family atmosphere she helped create at Fidato Wealth, as well as collaborating with and working alongside her husband, Tony. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, exercising, cooking, and spending time as a family with her husband and their son, Anthony.

Tracy Kindall

Operations Manager

Tracy has been an integral part of Fidato Wealth since 2011. She has over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry which includes a combination of investment management, financial planning and lending services.

Tracy began her career in financial services while attending The University of Akron, and since then has held various positions including Client Services Manager, Branch Administrator, Quality Assurance and Audit Specialist.

In Tracy’s role as Operations Manager, she oversees and administers the heartbeat of the operation, which includes ensuring that new clients are on-boarded successfully, as well as servicing the needs of existing clients.

Tracy also plays a key role in overseeing quality control measures that are important for all the stages of a client’s financial lifecycle and needs. Tracy’s professionalism, extensive experience, as well as the high importance she places on her clients, coworkers and family, are qualities that make Tracy a valuable member of our leadership team.

Tracy was born and raised in Medina, Ohio, where she currently lives with her husband and two children. Family is very important to Tracy and she enjoys cheering on her daughter who plays High school tennis and traveling to watch her son play college baseball.

Brian Eberhardt

Lead Wealth Advisor

For over 12 years, Brian as been passionate and dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve the greatest degree of reliability in accomplishing their life and legacy goals.

In his role as Lead Wealth Advisor, Brian displays his attention to detail as he develops and fine-tunes his client’s comprehensive financial plan, and ensures all advanced planning needs are addressed and monitored.

Brian was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Prior to working at Fidato Wealth, Brian served as Senior Advisor Operations Analyst for PNC Capital Advisors where he concentrated in the areas of Financial Counseling and Accounting.

From 2003 to 2011, Brian had the honor of serving in the United States Army in both active duty and reserve roles. During his service, Brian has been on multiple deployments with tours in Kosovo, Iraq and Kuwait.

Brian, and his wife Lynsey, currently reside in North Olmsted with their two children, Owen and Avery. He is a Cleveland sports enthusiast and enjoys golfing, playing basketball, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Brian brings experience and a track record of dependability. He takes great pleasure in his role with Fidato Wealth and strives to make a positive difference in his client’s lives.

Lindsay Fiore

Lead Client Service Specialist

In Lindsay’s role as a Lead Client Service Specialist, she is the main point of contact for Brian Eberhard’s clients. She is responsible for preparing account documentation, managing meeting notes and action items, scheduling client meetings and providing overall support for the firm’s team of advisors.

Lindsay’s attention to detail and ease in establishing trust and rapport with the firm’s clients is top-notch.

Before her time at Fidato Wealth, Lindsay attended Ohio University and later worked her way up to the position of General Manager of a family-owned business. Her friendly personality and client-first attitude is evident to all clients and visitors from the moment they enter the Fidato Wealth offices!

Lindsay lives in Fairview Park, Ohio where she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Melissa Latimer

Client Service Specialist

In Melissa’s role as Client Service Specialist, she is the main point of contact for Dave Stribula’s clients. She is responsible for preparing account documentation, managing meeting notes and action items, scheduling client meetings and providing support the firm’s clients and team of advisors.
 
When Melissa joined Fidato Wealth, she brought with her over 20 years of experience working for both local as well as national firms in the financial industry. Of upmost importance to Melissa is ensuring that our clients know that they are our top priority, and this can be felt by her patient and diligent interactions with everyone she meets!

Melissa grew up in the Greater Cleveland area and graduated from Baldwin Wallace College. She currently lives in Parma with her husband, Jim, and their newly adopted puppy, Toby.


In addition to the joy Melissa gets out of watching Toby grow, she enjoys spending free time with family and friends, and is frequently involved in a craft or project in her home.

OUR CONSULTATIVE PROCESS

We provide complimentary consultations to learn about what is important to you, determine how you are currently positioned, and identify if there are any gaps. You also will learn how we work with our clients. After our consultative meetings, one of three things will happen:

1. We may determine that you are in good shape, that no changes are needed and advise you to maintain your existing plan.

2. We may determine that although some changes could improve your situation, we are not the right fit for you. If this occurs, we would offer to introduce you to the services of another fiduciary financial planning firm that is more aligned to your needs.

3. Lastly, we both may determine that working together will be a mutually rewarding relationship, and we will invite to you to be part of our family of clients.

Either way, we aim to provide a valuable consultative experience!
