Our Team
Our leadership team has extensive experience, which we bring to the table every time we meet with you. We are dedicated to making a positive difference in our clients’ lives by helping our clients achieve the financial planning outcomes they desire.
Tony has been working in the Financial Services industry since 1999. From his beginnings working for a 4.5 million dollar private company in the area of mergers and acquisitions, and being part of their transition to a public company of approximately 1⁄2 billion in revenue, to his experience as a top account executive for a division of AIG, Tony knew that he had a knack for understanding the core principles involved in creating successful financial outcomes.
Tony is the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner at Fidato Wealth. His key areas of focus are leading the company’s initiatives and long-term strategy to accomplish the company’s mission: “To understand deeply, bring clarity, create peace of mind, and put the client first. Always.”
Tony also has developed the Wealth Management process and Investment Philosophy Fidato Wealth leverages to help its clients achieve their goals. He oversees Wealth Planning Strategies and Investment Strategies to ensure that Fidato’s Advisors remain on the cutting edge of delivering world class wealth management to their clients.
Tony’s understanding of the importance of a comprehensive approach to financial planning began due to his upbringing as a 1st generation American. His parents immigrated from Italy in search of a better life. When his father passed away he witnessed and assisted his own family trying to put the pieces together. His personal experiences fuels his passion, sincerity, and desire to help people achieve their life and legacy goals. This, coupled with his professional experience, culminated into Tony establishing his own wealth management and financial planning firm, Fidato Wealth.
Tony has met the rigorous experience, education, and ethical requirements to have earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ designation. He is also widely recognized in wealth management and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Barron’s, US News and World Report, WealthManagement.com, Financial Advisor Magazine, as well as featured on Fox 8’s “New Day Cleveland” and other national and local venues.
One of Tony’s cornerstone beliefs is that education provides people with an opportunity to make more informed decisions, which can then lead to improved financial well-being. He teaches a Retirement Planning class for a local college and hosts a podcast entitled “Wealth and Life,” which covers the latest in comprehensive retirement planning, planning for business owners, and family wealth management. Tony also speaks at employee and staff development events, and conducts executive benefit education for corporations.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, running, and bicycling along with listening to podcasts and reading. Tony’s biggest joy, however, comes from spending time with his family. Tony, his wife Amy, and their son Anthony enjoy traveling together, outdoor hobbies, and sharing experiences with family and friends in Northeastern Ohio.
Amy D’Amico
Managing Partner

Amy is a Managing Partner at Fidato Wealth and has been with the organization since 2009, her key roles include overseeing Finance, Human Capital, and Fidato’s long term strategic objectives.
As the Community Liaison for Fidato Wealth, Amy leads the firm’s efforts to make a difference in their local communities through participation in programs designed to help children and families in need–both in Cuyahoga County, where their office is located, and in Medina County, where she resides.
Amy enjoys the family atmosphere she helped create at Fidato Wealth, as well as collaborating with and working alongside her husband, Tony. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, exercising, cooking, and spending time as a family with her husband and their son, Anthony. Growing up in a family of classical musicians, Amy has spent much of her life involved in music and other creative endeavors. She now has the pleasure of passing that love of musical performance to her son as he learns to play the trombone.

Brian Eberhardt
Partner
For over 12 years, Brian has been passionate and dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve the greatest degree of reliability in accomplishing their life and legacy goals.
Brian’s key roles with Fidato Wealth include leading client relationships and overseeing the training and development of the firm’s advisors. As an experienced Lead Advisor, Brian displays attention to detail as he develops and fine-tunes his client’s comprehensive financial plan, ensuring that all advanced planning needs are addressed and monitored. As of January, 2023, Brian has become a partner at Fidato Wealth.
Brian was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Prior to working at Fidato Wealth, Brian served as Senior Advisor Operations Analyst for PNC Capital Advisors where he concentrated in the areas of Financial Counseling and Accounting.
From 2003 to 2011, Brian had the honor of serving in the United States Army in both active duty and reserve roles. During his service, Brian has been on multiple deployments with tours in Kosovo, Iraq and Kuwait.
Brian and his wife Lynsey reside in Strongsville with their three children, Owen, Avery, and Cameron. He is a Cleveland sports enthusiast and enjoys golfing, playing basketball, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Brian’s experience and a track record of dependability is an asset to his clients and teammates. He takes great pleasure in his role with Fidato Wealth and strives to make a positive difference in his client’s lives.
Marissa Beyer, CFP®
Partner

Marissa grew up in Parma, Ohio in a very energetic and loving Italian family. She graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where she received her B.S. in Financial Planning.
As a Senior Advisor, some of Marissa’s key roles are to lead client relationships, and manage advisors and advisory processes.
Marissa is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional with over 15 years of advisory experience in retirement planning and wealth management. Because of her genuine desire to help others, clients regularly use words like trustworthy, attentive, patient, and proficient to describe their experiences with her as they work together to accomplish their goals.
Marissa has extensive experience providing comprehensive wealth planning to clients and providing a coordinated plan with Estate, Task, and Risk Protection professionals. She believes strongly in comprehensive planning and in fiduciary principles that our partners rely on.
Marissa resides in Brecksville, Ohio with her husband Joseph, and their two children Giavonna and Leonardo. She enjoys exercising, hiking with her husband and children and spending time with her family and close friends.

Lindsay Fiore
Partner
Lindsay’s role with our organization is to ensure operations and client service both exceed the expectations of our clients and achieve our long term mission. She oversees Operations, all processes across the company, and compliance administration. Lindsay joined Fidato Wealth in February of 2018 as a Client Service Specialist. She has since worked her way up through the ranks to her current position and became a partner in January 2023.
Prior to her time at Fidato Wealth, Lindsay attended Ohio University before serving as General Manager of a family-owned business. Lindsay’s initiative, attention to detail, positivity, and ease in establishing trust and rapport is second to none. Her friendly, upbeat personality is evident to all clients and team members she interacts with.
Lindsay lives in Twinsburg, Ohio, and enjoys all things Cleveland! She is a proud Cleveland Browns season ticket holder. She enjoys spending time with family, her fiancé, and her two future step-children, Ayden and Monroe. When they’re not attending the children’s’ sporting events during the weekend, they enjoy traveling, going to concerts, many outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking, and making memories she’ll treasure forever.
Tiffany Elswick
LEAD CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

In Tiffany’s role as Client Service Specialist, she is a main contact for Brian Eberhardt’s clients. She is responsible for preparing account documentation, managing meeting notes and action items, scheduling client meetings and providing support for the firm’s clients and team of advisors.
Tiffany joined Fidato Wealth in 2021, bringing with her 20 years of experience working in the wealth planning and life insurance industry.
Tiffany’s positive personality is infectious, and her client-first attitude makes her a perfect fit at Fidato. Helping others is very important to Tiffany, as demonstrated in her work at Fidato and volunteering in her personal life as well.
Tiffany grew up in Seville, Ohio where she currently resides with her cat, Cuddles. She enjoys indoor and outdoor roller skating and is passionate about time with her family.

Kimberly Carr
Client Service Specialist
Kim joined Fidato Wealth in September 2021. In Kim’s role as a Client Service Specialist, she oversees the servicing of our clients’ needs. This entails scheduling meetings and working side by side with the wealth advisors in preparing for their meetings with clients. She enjoys being the main contact for her clients and helping them with any issues that may come her way.
Kim loves the client service role because you get to know the clients so well and loves the interaction that you have with them. She loves to make people laugh and tries not to take herself to seriously and strives to make sure the clients have a great experience at Fidato.
Before joining Fidato Kim worked at a wealth management firm for 5+ years as a Client Service Associate. Prior to that she was lucky enough to be a stay-at-home Mom for fifteen years before she decided to join the work force again. During her time at home, she returned to college and graduated from Cleveland State University in 2014.
Kim currently resides in Olmsted Falls, Ohio with her husband Sean and their four kids, Brianna, Shannon, Keira, and Shane. She stays busy visiting Brianna at Ohio State and Shannon at John Carroll University. Her twins are juniors in high school, and they keep her busy with all their sporting activities at school. She loves to travel with her family and makes it a priority to do so as much as possible.
Glenda Wilder
Client Service Specialist

Glenda joined Fidato Wealth in September of 2021, bringing 20 + years of experience in the Financial Services industry. In Glenda’s role as a Client Service Specialist, she partners with the wealth advisors to ensure that each client’s needs and best interests are being met proactively. Glenda displays accuracy and attention-to-detail as she prepares account documentation and assists clients with their service needs. She strives to ensure her clients and peers feel as important as they really are!
Around the office, Glenda upholds a positive attitude and can be counted on to bake something delicious for co-workers’ birthdays and when celebrating company milestones.
Glenda resides in Parma, Ohio with her dog Daisy. She loves time spent with her family, especially with her daughter Jessica and her two beautiful grandchildren. Glenda greatly enjoys fitness and has been a Zumba instructor for over 10 years.

Brennan Thiergartner, CFP®
Financial Planning Specialist
Brennan graduated from the Financial Planning Program at the University of Akron and has swiftly grown from his position as an intern at Fidato Wealth to his current title of “Planning Specialist.” As a Planning Specialist, Brennan assists the wealth advisors by handling the behind-the-scenes analysis and coordination of financial planning tasks for clients. He is the point of contact for many clients and outside professionals working with Fidato Wealth. He recently received his Series 65 Fiduciary Investment Advisor designation and is on track to take the CFP exam in the near future.
Brennan strives to always make a positive impact on people’s lives. Around the office, he is quick to offer assistance and can be counted on to share a good joke or two during a staff meeting!
OUR CONSULTATIVE PROCESS
We provide complimentary consultations to learn about what is important to you, determine how you are currently positioned, and identify if there are any gaps. You also will learn how we work with our clients. After our consultative meetings, one of three things will happen:
1. We may determine that you are in good shape, that no changes are needed and advise you to maintain your existing plan.
2. We may determine that although some changes could improve your situation, we are not the right fit for you. If this occurs, we would offer to introduce you to the services of another fiduciary financial planning firm that is more aligned to your needs.
3. Lastly, we both may determine that working together will be a mutually rewarding relationship, and we will invite to you to be part of our family of clients.
Either way, we aim to provide a valuable consultative experience!
